Završne aktivnosti Zero Waste Power in HoReCa i pripreme za Multiplayer event

Dragi naši,

Kako se Zero Waste Power in HoReCa projekt bliži svom kraju, moj je zadatak posljednjih nekoliko dana bio da pronalazim restorane i hotele koji bi bili voljni popuniti naš Zero Waste upitnik. Prema uputama mentorice tražila sam hotele i restorane u okolici Zagreba i u samom gradu Zagrebu koji su počeli koristiti zero vaste koncept ili su već upućeni u takav pristup, kako bi provjerili na kojoj su razini zero waste, te što mogu promijeniti kako bi bili još konkurentniji i radili na očuvanju okoliša. Također, čast mi je najaviti kako Centar za odgoj i obrazovanje „Slava Raškaj“ se priprema za Multiplayer event koji će se održati u veljači  povodom završetka projekta, gdje će nas Oaza Yojful Kitchen ugostiti u svom prekrasnom ambijentu koji se nalazi u srcu grada Zagreba. Jako smo uzbuđeni što ćemo održati Multiplayer event, te se nadam kako će našim gostima koji će biti pozvani dobro doći informacije koje će čuti i da će ih moći ukomponirati u rad svojih organizacija.

As the Zero Waste Power in HoReCa project nears its end, my task over the past few days has been to find restaurants and hotels that would be willing to complete our Zero Waste questionnaire. According to the mentor's instructions, I was looking for hotels and restaurants around Zagreb and in the city of Zagreb that have started using the zero vaste concept or are already familiar with such an approach, to check the level of zero waste, and what they can change to be even more competitive and worked to preserve the environment. Also, I am honored to announce that the Center for Education "Slava Raškaj" is preparing for the Multiplayer event to be held in February to mark the end of the project, where Oasis Yojful Kitchen will host us in its beautiful surroundings in the heart of Zagreb. We are very excited to hold the Multiplayer event, and I hope that our guests who will be invited will benefit from the information they will hear and will be able to incorporate it into the work of their organizations.

 We are looking forward to the upcoming event and we can't wait to see what we have prepared for you.
