18. 02. - 19. 02. 2022. Projektni sastanak Zero Waste Catering Lab - Zagreb
Prvi
projektni sastanak konzorcija Zero Waste Catering Lab projekta održao se u
organizaciji Centra Slave Raškaj od 18.2.-19.2.2022. u Zagrebu. Konzorcij čine:

Cilj projekta je: kreiranje novih
obrazovnih alatas zero waste ishodima. Takvi obrazovni alati omogućit će bolje
učenje o zero waste ishodima i stvoriti poslovne modele prema zero waste
principima.
Prvi dan
protekao je u upoznavanju i međusobnom predstavljanju organizacija uključenih u
projekt, kao i u podjeli konkretnih zadataka za naredno razdoblje. Drugi dan
sastanka odvijao se na prekrasnim Plitvicama, koje su sve sudionike još više
inspirirali na aktivno kreiranje alata kojima ćemo zaštiti ljepotu naše
prirode.
Dogovorene
su daljnje aktivnosti koje će svaka partnerska organizacija poduzimati u
narednom razdoblju pri ostvarenju intelektualnih rezultata, te smo dogovarali
daljnje aktivnosti projekta.
Ishodi ovog projekta uključuju kreiranje Zero Waste Catering Lab aplikacije koja bi povezivala informacije o lokalnim proizvođačima, lokalnim restoranima i odgovornim potrošačima, E-vodič za ugostiteljstvo koji će opisivati nabavu, pripremu i isporuku prema zero waste načelima, Video-vodič koji će sadržavati videorecepte koji će uključivati zero waste pristup i planiranje procesa upravljanja kuhinjom kako bi se smanjio otpad.
The first
project meeting of the Zero Waste Catering Lab project consortium was organized
by the Center „Slava Raškaj“ from February 18 to February 19, 2022. in Zagreb.

The Goal
of the project is: to create new educational tools with zero waste outcomes.
Such educational tools will enable better learning about zero waste outcomes
and create business models according to zero waste principles.
The
first day was spent getting to know and presenting the organizations involved
in the project, as well as sharing specific tasks for the coming period. The
second day of the meeting took place at the beautiful Plitvice Lakes, which
inspired all participants even more to actively create tools to protect the
beauty of our nature.
Further
activities that each partner organization will undertake in the coming period
in achieving intellectual results have been agreed, and we have agreed on
further activities of the project.
Outcomes of this project include the creation
of Zero Waste Catering Lab application that would connect information about
local producers, local restaurants and responsible consumers, E-guide for
catering that will describe procurement, preparation and delivery according to
zero waste principles, Video guide that will contain video recipes that will
include a zero waste approach and planning the kitchen management process to
reduce waste.
